Singh has successfully designed and delivered numerous state-of-the-art projects, including premium residential buildings, luxury hotels, modern marketing complexes, apartments, hospitals, cinema halls, and large-scale townships across Patna and other prominent locations.

His expertise extends beyond individual projects to large, integrated developments. He served as a Director of Jalalpur City Township, one of the most prestigious and unique township projects in Bihar, where he played a key role in shaping modern urban living through thoughtful planning, infrastructure excellence, and sustainable development practices.
